Notes:

• Factory rotor retainer star washers must be removed for proper installation.
• Works with hub-centric OE wheels and lug-centric aftermarket wheels.
• ONLY fits models with 14mm x 1.5-inch wheel studs.
• Due to varianxes in hub sizing these spacers do NOT fit dually models.
• Due to varianxes in hub sizing these spacers do NOT fit 2017+ models with 4-inch axle.
• Ensure the wheel spacer sits flat on the mounting surface and that factory wheel studs do not extend beyond the spacer.
• Grind stud ends 1/8″ if additional wheel clearance is required.
